Why Packaging Teams Start at This Hub

Six commercial programs, clear regulatory routing, and qualification data by application—not one generic “packaging glue” list.

Right Program, Right Page

Carton, bag, cup, case seal, food-contact docs, and peelable trays each have dedicated specs—pick the station first.

Compliance by Structure

175.105 indirect and 176.170 direct paths explained on food contact adhesives—audit packages via the Technical Data Center.

Qualify Before Bulk

Typical path: 1 kg lab sample → 20–25 kg line trial → ~1,000 kg MOQ after your line approves the grade.
YOUR MANUFACTURING PARTNER

Factory-Direct Supply & Technical Screening

Source manufacturer for regulated packaging lines: batch documentation, substrate-matched grades, and chemist support when your line needs tuning—not generic reseller listings.

  • Consistent batches with TDS and SDS for the grade you approve—traceability when your customer audit requires it.
  • Technical screening on your substrate and equipment—viscosity, open time, and peel targets before bulk supply.

Food-Packaging Documentation Support

Regulatory fit depends on application and pack structure. We provide TDS, SDS, and compliance statements for the grade you nominate—not a one-size compliance label.

Common Documentation Paths

Request an audit package when your customer or 3PL requires batch paperwork.

  • FDA 175.105 (Indirect food-contact routes (cartons, cases, many bags))
  • FDA 176.170 (Direct-contact paper routes (cups, straws—structure-dependent))
  • REACH & RoHS (Statements on request for export programs)

Frequently Asked Questions

Which page should I use for my application?

Use the application grid above: cartons → folding carton; bags → paper bag; cups → paper cups; case sealers → end-of-line; regulatory questions → food contact; peelable trays → reopenable food packaging.

What are MOQ, lead time, and samples?

MOQ is typically ~1,000 kg per approved grade. Lead time is often 7–10 business days. Start with complimentary 1 kg lab material (recipient prepaid shipping), then 20–25 kg line trials for that application.

Do you offer food-contact or FDA-route adhesives?

Yes—routes are matched to 175.105 (indirect) or 176.170 (direct) on your structure. Start on food contact adhesives for the decision tree, then the application program for commercial grades.

Can you bond UV-coated or laminated cartons?

Yes—see folding carton adhesives for UV, BOPP, and aqueous-coated board qualification on folder-gluers.

Is cup adhesive the same as cup coating?

No. Paper cups covers seam glue; aqueous barrier coatings for cup stock are under recyclable barrier. The cup page explains adhesive vs coating vs heat-seal.

Do you supply PE or PLA cup or tray linings?

No. Senda’s water-based barrier programs are on recyclable barrier. We qualify adhesives and peelable PSA on converters’ coated or lined stock—we do not sell PE/PLA lining film.

Where do I get TDS, SDS, or audit documents?

Use the Technical Data Center (`/technical-resources`) or request an audit package with your sample request.

Do you customize viscosity or set time for our machine?

Yes—share folder-gluer, bag line, cup mandrel, or case sealer specs for that application. Custom tuning is part of qualification, not a separate catalog SKU.
