Industrial & Specialty Adhesives for Flocking, PSA & Metal Prep
Hub for flocking, industrial PSA lamination, cigarette maker bonding, and rust conversion. Factory-direct qualification—complimentary 1 kg lab screen → line trial → bulk supply.
Pick your program below—or share substrate, line speed, and bond point for routing. Standard packaging adhesives live under Consumer Packaging and E-commerce hubs.

Choose Your Industrial Program
Each line has dedicated specs, compliance path, and sample workflow—fiber retention, peel/shear, maker pickup, or rust stabilization matched to that workflow.
Flocking Adhesives
Laydown and fiber retention for inserts, plastics, and rubber—uniform flock fields screened against the actual fiber and substrate pair.
General PSA
Bulk PSA for foam, film, and lamination—wet-out and shear screened on the selected carrier, not finished PSA tape rolls.
Cigarette Adhesives
Tipping, seam, and pack bonding—pickup stability and stringing control matched to maker speed and paper grades.
Rust Converter
Rust stabilization and primer handoff on corroded steel—maintenance, shop prep, and field repair tied to the downstream coating system.
Custom Industrial Bonding
Unusual substrate, surface treatment, or line condition? Share specs for a qualification path.
Why Technical Buyers Start at This Hub
Four commercial programs, clear program routing, and qualification language aligned to each workflow—not one generic “industrial glue” list.

Technology Platforms Behind These Programs
Match water-based, hot-melt, or the right application—flocking laydown differs from PSA lamination or rust conversion.
Water-Based Adhesives
Acrylic and specialty emulsions for flocking, cigarette routes, and selected industrial programs—viscosity and wet-out screened per application.
Hot-Melt Adhesives
PSA and assembly hot melts for lamination and high-speed industrial lines—tack, cohesion, and thermal stability per program.
Flocking Adhesives
Electrostatic and transfer flocking programs—fiber lock-in and finish uniformity distinct from bulk PSA or rust prep.
Factory-Direct Supply & Program Screening
Source manufacturer for specialty adhesives and treatment chemistries: batch documentation, line-side screening, and chemist support when your process needs tuning.
- Consistent batches with TDS and SDS for the grade you approve—traceability when your customer audit requires it.
- Program-matched screening on your substrate and equipment—flocking, PSA, maker, or rust prep before bulk MOQ.
Industrial & Specialty Documentation Support
Regulatory fit depends on application and market. We provide TDS, SDS, and compliance statements for the grade you nominate.
Common Documentation Paths
Request an audit package when your customer or export program requires batch paperwork.
- REACH & RoHS (SVHC statements on request for export programs (per grade))
- Low-VOC routes (Options for indoor or emissions-sensitive plants—confirm with EHS)
- TDS + SDS (Via technical resources for the nominated grade and program)
Batch-level TDS, SDS, and compliance notes scoped to your industrial program.
We run flocking and a PSA lamination line—Senda’s team pointed us to the right programs for each line and kept fiber-retention screening separate from peel/shear trials instead of one “high tack” pitch.

Which page should I use for my application?
Use the application grid: flocking → flocking adhesives; bulk PSA lamination → general PSA; cigarette maker → cigarette adhesives; rust prep → rust converter.
What are MOQ, lead time, and samples?
MOQ is typically ~1,000 kg per approved grade. Lead time is confirmed at quotation. Start with complimentary 1 kg lab material (recipient prepaid shipping), then 20–25 kg trials for that application.
Is the 1 kg sample free? Who pays shipping?
Yes—the 1 kg lab material (200 g–1 kg) is complimentary for qualified screening. Courier freight is prepaid by the recipient (liquid formulations ship prepaid only). 20 kg production trials are quoted separately before dispatch.
Is finished PSA tape the same as general PSA?
No—general PSA is bulk adhesive for your coating or lamination process. Finished tape programs are under Labeling & Tapes.
Can you support a custom formulation for our industrial substrate, process window, and test target?
Yes—share substrate, line speed, and performance targets for that application or via the custom sample path.
How is this different from consumer packaging adhesives?
Consumer packaging covers food contact, cartons, cups, and bags. This hub is for specialty manufacturing, difficult substrates, cigarette makers, and metal prep—route by program above.
Where do I get TDS, SDS, or REACH paperwork?
Use technical resources or request an audit package with your sample request.
Can you run trials on high-speed industrial lines?
We screen clean laydown, transfer, and set behavior on your speed and equipment—not universal cpm or “maintenance-free” claims.
