Water-based paste and hot-melt PSA routes
Choose Your Labeling or Tape Program
Each line has dedicated specs, compliance path, and sample workflow—condensation tack, thermal hold-out, or tape shear matched to that station.
Bottle Labeling
Water-based pastes for glass, PET, and cans on rotary labelers—condensation, wash-off, and slinging screened on your BPH window.
Logistics & Shipping Labels
PSA coating for thermal and corrugated stocks—bleed-through, die-cutting, and cold-tack qualified on your coater.
Specialty Tapes
Hot-melt and acrylic PSA for BOPP, foam, and masking—shear, coat weight, and edge stability on your tape line.
Custom PSA or Paste Challenge
Unusual face stock, liner, or line speed? Share substrate and peel/shear targets for a qualification path.
Why Labeling Teams Start at This Hub
Three commercial programs, clear program routing, and qualification language aligned to each coater or labeler—not one generic “label glue” list.

Technology Platforms Behind These Programs
Match water-based, hot-melt, or the right application—bottle paste chemistry differs from PSA coating.
Water-Based Adhesives
Acrylic and casein/synthetic routes for label coating and bottle labeling paste—hold-out and wash-off screened per program.
Hot-Melt Adhesives
PSA and packaging hot melts—tack and cohesion tuned for coaters, tape lines, and difficult LSE films.
Bottle Labeling (Rotary)
Wet-glue rotary programs—condensation and caustic wash-off distinct from narrow web PSA coating.
Factory-Direct Supply & Coater Screening
Source manufacturer for label and tape converters: batch documentation, coat-weight stability, and chemist support when your line needs tuning.
- Consistent batches with TDS and SDS for the grade you approve—traceability when your customer audit requires it.
- Line-side screening on your face stock, liner, bottle type, or tape backing—peel, shear, and hold-out before bulk MOQ.
Labeling & Tape Documentation Support
Regulatory fit depends on application and pack structure. We provide TDS, SDS, and compliance statements for the grade you nominate.
Common Documentation Paths
Request an audit package when your customer or export program requires batch paperwork.
- FDA 175.105 (Indirect food-contact labeling routes (structure-dependent))
- REACH & RoHS (Statements on request for export programs)
- Low-VOC routes (Grades available for emissions-sensitive tape or label programs)
Batch-level TDS, SDS, and compliance notes scoped to your labeling or tape program.
We run bottle rotary and a logistics PSA coater—Senda’s team pointed us to the right programs for each line and kept condensation screening separate from thermal hold-out instead of one “high tack” pitch.

Which page should I use for my line?
Use the application grid: rotary glass/PET/cans → bottle labeling; thermal/logistics label coating → logistics labels; BOPP/masking tape coaters → specialty tapes.
What are MOQ, lead time, and samples?
MOQ is typically ~1,000 kg per approved grade. Lead time is often 7–10 business days. Start with complimentary 1 kg lab material (recipient prepaid shipping), then 20 kg trials for that application.
Is the 1 kg sample free? Who pays shipping?
The 1 kg lab material (200 g–1 kg) is complimentary for qualified screening. Courier freight is prepaid by the recipient (liquid formulations ship prepaid only). 20 kg trials are quoted separately.
How do we qualify bonding on wet or cold glass bottles on our labeling line?
Yes—see bottle labeling for condensation and optional ice-bath protocols on your bottle and label stock.
Water-based PSA or hot-melt for my coater?
Logistics and specialty tape programs are often hot-melt or acrylic PSA; bottle rotary lines typically use water-based paste. Share your coater type on your sample inquiry.
Do you offer wash-off grades for returnable glass?
Yes—caustic-soluble routes are screened in your bath chemistry. Confirm on bottle labeling before promising reuse specs.
Where do I get TDS, SDS, or audit documents?
Use technical resources (`/technical-resources`) or request an audit package with your sample request.
Can you customize peel, shear, or coat weight?
Yes—share face stock, liner, GSM target, and line speed for that application. Tuning is part of qualification, not a separate catalog-only SKU.
