Choose Your Fulfillment Program
Each line has dedicated specs, compliance path, and sample workflow—destructive bond, compression set, fiber tear, or easy-open feel matched to that station.
Courier Bags (PE/Co-ex)
Hot-melt PSA for mailer flaps—destructive bond, cold-chain tack, and auto-bagger cutoff screened on your film and speed.
Box Sealing (Case Erectors)
Metallocene and EVA hot melts for shippers—compression set, fiber tear on recycled board, and nozzle cleanliness on your erector.
Security Envelopes
Fiber-tear water-based and PSA routes for kraft, Tyvek, and peel-and-seal—steam and line-speed protocols on your stock.
Tear Tapes & Easy Open
PSA for tear tapes on corrugated and poly—anchor bond, opening force, and coating speed qualified on your coater.
Custom Logistics Bonding
Unusual mailer film, board mix, or line speed? Share substrate and tamper or seal targets for a qualification path.
Why Fulfillment Teams Start at This Hub
Four commercial programs, clear program routing, and qualification language aligned to each station—not one generic “logistics glue” list.

Qualify Before Bulk
Technology Platforms Behind These Programs
Match hot-melt, water-based, or the right application—mailer PSA chemistry differs from case erector hot melt.
Hot-Melt Adhesives
PSA and packaging hot melts for mailers, case erectors, and coaters—tack, cohesion, and thermal stability screened per program.
Water-Based Adhesives
Acrylic emulsions for security envelopes and selected routes—fiber penetration and aging screened on your paper or film.
Courier Bags (Destructive Bond)
Wet-glue and hot-melt PSA mailer programs—film tear and auto-bagger cutoff distinct from corrugated case sealing.
Factory-Direct Supply & Line Screening
Source manufacturer for fulfillment adhesives: batch documentation, line-side screening, and chemist support when your bagger, erector, or envelope line needs tuning.
- Consistent batches with TDS and SDS for the grade you approve—traceability when your customer audit requires it.
- Tamper and seal targets screened on your substrate—destructive bond, compression window, or fiber tear before bulk MOQ.
E-commerce Logistics Documentation Support
Regulatory fit depends on application and pack structure. We provide TDS, SDS, and compliance statements for the grade you nominate.
Common Documentation Paths
Request an audit package when your customer or export program requires batch paperwork.
- REACH & RoHS (SVHC statements on request for export programs (per grade))
- Indirect food-contact routes (FDA 175.105 where applicable for food-adjacent shippers (structure-dependent))
- TDS + SDS (Via technical resources for the nominated grade and program)
Batch-level TDS, SDS, and compliance notes scoped to your mailer, shipper, or envelope program.
We run courier mailers and a case erector—Senda’s team pointed us to the right programs for each line and kept destructive-bond screening separate from compression-set trials instead of one “high tack” pitch.

Which page should I use for my fulfillment line?
Use the application grid: PE/Co-ex mailers → courier bags; case erectors → box sealing; secure document mail → security envelopes; easy-open tear tape → tear tapes.
What are MOQ, lead time, and samples?
MOQ is typically ~1,000 kg per approved grade. Lead time is confirmed at quotation. Start with complimentary 1 kg lab material (recipient prepaid shipping), then 20–25 kg trials for that application.
Is the 1 kg sample free? Who pays shipping?
Yes—the 1 kg lab material (200 g–1 kg) is complimentary for qualified screening. Courier freight is prepaid by the recipient (liquid formulations ship prepaid only). 20 kg production trials are quoted separately before dispatch.
Do your courier bag adhesives work on recycled PE?
Yes—high-flow PSA routes are screened on your PCR film, coat weight, and bagger speed. Destructive tear and cold-chain tack are validated before bulk—not assumed from a datasheet.
Is box sealing the same as cold-chain end-of-line?
No. Box sealing covers fulfillment case erectors and high-speed shippers. -40°C freezer and pallet programs live under Cold-Chain End-of-Line—route separately.
Are grades tamper-evident?
We screen for destructive bond (mailers), fiber tear (envelopes), and controlled opening (tear tapes) on your structure—confirm with your security or QA protocol.
Where do I get TDS, SDS, or REACH paperwork?
Use technical resources or request an audit package with your sample request.
Can you customize for our line speed or substrate?
Yes—share film, board, envelope stock, and speed targets for that application. Tuning is part of qualification, not a separate catalog-only SKU.
