How does the cost of this process compare to using 3M die-cut tapes?

What are the curing conditions for your SP-7533 adhesive?

SENDA SP-7533 is a water-based adhesive that is typically cured in a convection oven. A common starting point is 3-5 minutes at 70-80°C. However, the optimal time and temperature depend on the printed thickness and substrate. We provide a detailed Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and can help you dial in the perfect curing profile for your specific production line.

What screen mesh size and squeegee type do you recommend?

For most applications, we recommend starting with a polyester screen mesh of 100-120T (250-300 mesh/inch). A medium-hardness polyurethane squeegee (70-75 durometer) typically provides the best balance of deposit thickness and print definition. We can provide more specific recommendations based on your desired adhesive thickness.

How does it perform on low-surface-energy plastics like PP or PE?

Our SP-7533 shows excellent adhesion to a wide variety of "difficult" plastics, including PC, PET, ABS, and PMMA. While adhesion to untreated PP and PE is more challenging for any adhesive, we can often achieve good results when combined with surface treatments like corona or flame treatment. We strongly recommend testing on your specific substrate.
